Services provided:
Concept design and detailed engineering of the Local Entertainment – Rigging – House Lighting – PA – TV and Multimedia systems.
Researching new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
Maintains a close relationship with the Owner to ensure that technical entertainment and multimedia projects receive proper inputs.
Setting and reviewing budgets and managing cost.
Supervise the planning and controlling changes.
Provides direction and support to project team.
Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
Making sure that all the aims of the project are met.
Organize meeting with the yard to monitor the work in progress and the actions to keep the projects on tracks.
Finalize the A/V and Multimedia Owner supply installation requirements.
Coordinate third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained.
Coordinating and supervising construction workers.
